Boarding House Park is part of the historic Cultural Landscape of the Boott Cotton Mills complex, located at 40 French St, Lowell MA. The Park is owned and operated by the National Park Service and serves as a focal point for seasonal events attended by municipal, State, and international guests. The current irrigation system was installed in 1987. Saber Group was brought in to replace the valve system which was failing and then obsolete.
